I have a law enforcement background which consists of over 20 years of experience. Majority of the experience is with SWAT conducting 200+ real world tactical operations. I’m still currently active on SWAT and hold the position of Assistant Team Commander/Team Leader.

Unfortunately, the world we live in this is a much needed area of training. Not only for the active shooter threats, but for the leadership. Many of the active shooter’s over the years have been disgruntled employees who feel they need to get even with the leadership. It’s been proven that leaders who invest in their employees have a much more successful business because of it. I want to help with this and be part of that growth that America needs.
